So, I was reading Debbi's blog the other day and she posted about these
pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I printed the recipe and then for days I
could not get the idea of making these cookies out of my head.
Fortunately, today we have family birthdays to celebrate and and a
gingerbread house making party to go to, so I had an excuse to bake some
delicious treats.
Of course, we had to have a taste test. Let me tell you, these things are soooo good. And, only three ingredients. I think it is literally impossible to screw them up, they are that easy. That's my kind of baking.
