My First Pattern!

Today has been quite the day. I had the day off of work for yarn dyeing and other fiber-y goodness. Tomorrow should be much of the same. This morning I dyed a whole bunch of yarn (most of it will soon be making its way to The Yarn Stash):
After all that dyeing, I thought about taking a nap, but instead I worked on writing up the pattern for these:

It's the Faux Cable Socks I finished recently. I had been thinking about writing some of these sock patterns I have been doing down, and now I finally did it. And, can I just say, holy crap that is a lot of work. Mine is probably the worst sock pattern ever written and I was still sitting at the computer for hours trying to get it done (well, of course, Ravelry was distracting me a little bit).
